Dropshipping is a system that allows website owners to sell product on their website and have it shipped directly from the wholesaler to their customer. This enables you to concentrate on marketing and leave the logistics to us. Gifts With Humanity is the retail brand name of Global Crafts. We are the importer of the products we sell.

 

Are you a dropship customer ?

The products must be for resale NOT personal use. If you DO NOT wish to warehouse the products or buy the inventory in advance, you are a drop ship customer. If you are willing to warehouse and buy the products, you should visit our wholesale website www.GlobalCraftsB2B.com where you can buy for resale at larger discounts. If you do not want to sell the products directly on your website, take a look at our affiliate program.

 

Follow these simple steps and you can be selling online with a few days.

 

Step 1. Set up a standard customer account at Gifts With Humanity.

 

Step 2. Complete the dropship application form below and fax, mail or email a signed copy to us. We will confirm receipt and approve the account within 2 business days. We will change your account to a dropship account.

 

Step 3. Visit Gifts With Humanity to see the discounts we are offering you. Choose the products you want to sell online and copy images and content to put the product on your site.

 

Step 4. Sell the Products

 

Step 5. Place the order online at Gifts With Humanity, make sure the shipping address is your customer’s address and leave the rest to us. Let us know if you will be sending a receipt by email that you want us to include with the shipment or if you want us to send a blind packing list (no Gifts With Humanity information).

 

Some important things you should know

 

1] You are responsible for all federal and state taxes and license requirements. FL residents must supply a sales tax certificate otherwise we will collect sales tax.

 

2] If a product does not have a dropship price on our website, it is a one-off or low stock item. We would advise you not to put it on your site for resale. We may not have it once you sell it.

 

3] Your shipping charges will be the same as a regular customer. See current shipping rates for more details. At the time of creating this document, we charge $5 for orders under $50 and provide free shipping for orders over $50. Overseas rates are calculated by USPS based on weight.

 

4] We provide delivery confirmation on all packages. We ship by the cheapest method, often first class mail. If the package shows as delivered via the post office website, we will NOT reship a replacement without a new order. All orders are self insured by us, if the customer claims non delivery and we do not have a confirmation within 14 days we will ship a replacement at our cost.

 

5] You will be responsible for customer care and handling any returns. We will refund within 30 days for damages or customer change of mind. You will be responsible for getting the item back to our warehouse.

 

6] We will not include any information about Gifts With Humanity or pricing in with the shipments. Products may be tagged with Global Crafts or Partners in Fair Trade tags. Neither brand sells directly to the public. Products will be tagged with producer information and a generic leaflet about Fair Trade. In our experience the more information we give the customer about Fair Trade the less returns we receive. You can supply us with information if you would like it added to the package (limit 1oz in weight)

 

7] Margins: Each item is different, on average you can expect to get a 30% discount from our retail price of the goods. If you are willing to buy and warehouse you can get 50-60% discounts at GlobalCraftsB2B.com

 

8] Colors and Designs: You can expect your customer to get products that are very similar to the ones photographed on our site. All handcrafted items vary a little and we advise you to place a statement online asking the customer to allow for a small amount of variation on handcrafted goods.

 

9] Auction Sites: You are free to sell a product wherever and however you wish. Please be careful about auctions that could result in you a) losing money and b) selling an item that is out of stock.

 

10] Coupons and Discounts: We publish occasional coupons and discounts for our retail website. These coupons are not valid for drop ship orders.
